 Cook with Class brings gourmet cooking into people's homes in New York City and the New York metropolitan area through hands-on instruction in a fun, social and laid-back environment. From Interactive Dinner Parties (instructional four-course gourmet meals for groups) to Cooking Instruction (private and semi-private cooking lessons), Cook with Class is your source for in-home culinary experiences. All offerings allow students to become more comfortable and knowledgeable in their own kitchens, as the details of planning and creating a meal, including navigating recipes, shopping, food preparation, cooking techniques and nutritional concerns are covered. Chef Rob Endelman, a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE), founded Cook with Class in November 2004.
